Kittys Tales is currently an online only bookshop based in the United
Kingdom. We sell our books via our website and other online outlets. In the past we frequently attended book fairs and antique fairs but at the moment our greatest priority is our online sales.

You can pay for your book purchase by all major Credit or Visa Debit cards or via Paypal. If you have any further questions about paying for your item please contact Kitty.

Yes. We gift wrap all our books for free with our standard wrap. At your request we can include a Gift Note. Please add any gifting information into the Cart Note or use our Contact Form below to enquire. If you have any Special Requests please let Kitty know and we will do our best to help.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Special Delivery for Service in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked Service for international orders.

We offer shipping to all of the UK, the United States of America, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. If you are visiting our website from another country please feel free to inquire although we may reserve the right to not ship to any other countries.

We offer Free Shipping of all our books to UK addresses. To the USA, AU, CA, & NZ we charge shipping rates at cost. Each book will have its specific international shipping cost listed. For International Shipments you may find that there are Custom's duties or Taxes incurred (any such fees will be your responsiblity to pay).

Because books are heavy it is not always possible to discount shipping rates further but we will wherever possible. Contact Kitty if you wish to discuss.

UK shipping normally takes between 2-5 days from point of purchase. (Holiday periods may vary). For International shipping this depends upon destination country & usually takes between 10 - 14 days (but can occasionally take longer). All our books ship from our UK location.

If you were for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase please make sure to contact Kitty as soon as possible upon receipt of your item. We offer a no quibble 30 day return guarantee.

Order cancellations or changes are only possible the same working day as you placed your order. If you are an International Customer this is within the 12 hour period from point of purchase.

Kittys Tales aim to process, pack and ship your order as fast as possible! Often within less than 12 hrs. (if your item has already shipped we can no longer cancel the order and then you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item to us.)
