At Kittys Tales we want you to be a satisfied customer.

We offer an unconditional Return Guarantee on all your purchases and Full Refund of your purchase price upon safe return of the item.

If for any reason you wish to return an item please note we offer a 30 day Return Guarantee.

What is the timeframe during which I can return an item?

Items must be returned to us within 30 days.

What are the circumstances in which I can make a Return Request?

If you are at all dissatisfied with your item or simply decide it is not suitable for your requirements we will accept a return within the timeframe specified. We want all our customers to be happy.

What do I need to do to return an item?

Please fill in our Return Request form above. Detailing information about the item you wish to return & your Order No., if possible. *Always make sure to include your contact information so we can get back to you.

Will I get a full refund of my purchase price and how long will it take?

We will issue your refund as soon as your returned item is safely back with us. Your refund will be made back to you by the same method as your original payment to us. We will confirm when your refund has been made. Please liaise with your card processor if necessary.

*Some Bank or Credit Card processors may take several days after we refund you for the payment to appear on your statement.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

If you wish to return an item to us you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We send all our items tracked and insured so please make sure items returned to us are also sent securely packaged and via a tracked and insured service. We want to make sure it get backs to us safely so we can refund you quickly.

What countries do you accept returns from?

We accept returns from all countries we ship to. (UK, USA, NZ, CA and AUS.)

International Returns

If you are an International Customer please note we can only accept returns via an insured and tracked international shipping service. We can only make a refund if the item returns safely to us.

*(Please also note that we will not be held liable for any Customs Duties or Taxes incurred as part of your purchase and return process.)

What currency will a Refund be made in.

We are a UK based business and our default currency is GBP (£ Sterling) therefore all our refunds will be in GBP (£ Sterling.)

What if my item gets damaged in Transit or lost?

If your items were damaged upon receipt to be eligible for a full refund we expect you to photograph your item and let us know within 24hrs of receipt so we can liase with our insurers.

*If your item is lost in transit we will need to liase with our couriers to confirm status as lost (not delayed) before issuing any refund.
