Vintage children's Ladybird book with matt covers from the "Nursery Rhymes and Stories" Series 413 published in the 1970's.

This super little book contains all the classics such as Three Blind Mice,  Sing a song of Sixpence, Higgledy Piggledy, my black hen and many more. These traditional poems and nursery songs have been with us for centuries now and still amuse children. 

Typical of Ladybird books this lovely little vintage children's book has the glorious full colour illustrations that made Ladybird books so popular with young children and the larger sized text that makes the little books easier for young eyes to understand. 

Why not add this quaint little book to your own collection to share with your children or grandchildren a lovely trip through childhood in times past. The book has matt boards and dates from circa 1970 with first published date of 1967. Biro line through first page all else good please see condition notes below.

This is fresh from the attic in very good vintage condition. Some minor shelfwear and rubbing to the edges of the boards but all the pages are clean and not overly thumbed, just a few miniscule marks. A line drawn in biro along the edge of the index page otherwise free from graffiti or inscriptions. Matt boards are clean and good with just a couple of tiny scuffs / marks. Nice Reading copy and Very Good Vintage collectible Ladybird Children's Book.

Please remember this pre-owned vintage book has been loved before and condition is graded taking this into consideration.
