Classic Agatha Christie in this Collectable Fontana Edition of her vintage crime novel "Elephants Can Remember" with Stylish Tom Adams 1970's Surreal Art Cover.

Another gripping tale from Agatha Christie offered here in this "First Time in Paperback" Fontana edition from 1975 that was first published by Collins in 1972. An attractive paperback book of this classic Hercule Poirot crime novel by our beloved crime writer Agatha Christie.

It is getting harder and harder to find these vintage paperback books in such pleasing condition as this one is, although the book has obviously been read before the pages are still firm with the attractive cover design by Tom Adams making this a nice tactile read.

"Elephant's Can Remember" is one of Agatha Christie's later books from the 1970's era but she always kept up the momentum with these wonderfully engaging crime novels that are still enjoyable as classic 'whodunnit' books and a cosy crime read today.

So if you are looking for a nostalgic read join your favourite Belgian Detective 'Hercule Poirot' as he gets ready to solve another thrilling mystery. In "Elephants Can Remember" the brisk sea air titillates Hercule's "little grey cells" as he gets ready to solve another puzzling mystery. We know he will do it...

These nostalgic vintage crime books by Agatha Christie are always an immensely satisfying read especially when Hercule Poirot is on the scene.

Kittys Notes & Book Snippet

Kitty's Notes:

Another one of the fab Tom Adams' designs on the cover of this evocative 1970's vintage paperback book edition of Agatha Christie's engaging crime fiction mystery books.

A very surreal almost kaleidoscope design to this intriguing cover for another one of Agatha's fun 'whodunnits'.

Extra nice is the fact that this is actually the 'first thus' edition of this book as being the first time this ever appeared in a paperback edition.

A good one for the collector of Agatha Christie's retro vintage crime books.

Book Excerpt from "Elephants Can Remember":

"Old sins have long shadows...

Hercule Poirot stood on the cliff overlooking the rocks below and the sea breaking against them. Here where he stood the bodies of a husband and wife had been found. Here, three weeks before that, a woman had walked in her sleep and fallen to her death.

But why had these things happened...?"

We carefully tailor all our condition notes to the actual book you see in the photographs so please read below:

This is fresh from the attic in excellent vintage condition.

Nice clean copy with a few minimal signs of wear considering its age for a paperback over half a century now still holding together well, tight and firm with just the tanning to the pages showing it's age and some very light freckling to the outer edge of the text block.

The book has obvious signs of having been read before but overall very good.

Pictorial card wraps still firm and crisp.

The spine is excellent with titles visible with a light wrinkle but not creased or cracked.

No names or inscriptions or graffiti of any kind written in the book.

Lovely Vintage 1970's edition of this classic Agatha Christie Book.

Please remember this vintage book has been loved before and is not new condition is graded taking this into consideration.
